Codex and Claude support for your website and hosting
Say what you need. Do it yourself with AI.
Many website tasks no longer require you to hire a developer. Describe what you need — Codex or Claude can build a page, configure a VPS or automate a task, with the appropriate access to your hosting.
What would you like to do first?
Here is how your next conversation with an AI assistant could begin.
“Optimize my website’s SEO.”
“Build a company website with services, pricing, a gallery and a contact page.”
“Add a contact form that emails enquiries to me and sends visitors a confirmation that we received their message.”
“My website loads slowly. Find the cause, speed it up and show me the difference.”
“Fix my website’s mobile layout: the menu, images, text and buttons.”
“My website is showing an error. Find the problem and fix it.”
Your VPS. Your rules.
From a new server to a website and automation — describe how you want your VPS to work.

“Set up my new VPS with Ubuntu, Nginx, PHP and a database for WordPress. Connect my domain and enable HTTPS.”
“Install Docker and n8n on my VPS to automate tasks. Set up access through my domain and a daily backup.”
Publish a post. Send an email.
“Add a mailing list signup to my website. When I publish a new blog post, email subscribers a notification from news@example.com.”
This example connects your blog to a newsletter service. Messages are sent to people who have subscribed.
And many more everyday tasks
“Make a backup, update WordPress and its plugins, and check that everything works.”
“Add appointment booking. Let customers choose an available time and receive an email confirmation.”
“Create a page for a new promotion, with the offer, images and a signup form.”
“Translate my website into English and add a language selector.”
“Monitor my website and notify me if it becomes unavailable.”
How to get started
- Choose your AI tool. Download the app from its official website and sign in with your own account: getting started with Codex or Claude Code. You provide your AI account and any required subscription separately.
- Open your website project. Start with a local copy or a test version. Select the folder containing your files in the app and describe what you want to achieve.
- Check your hosting access. File transfers use SFTP or another method supported by your plan. Server commands require SSH access. Check your account details in the client area or ask our support team; do not assume SSH is available on every shared hosting plan.
- Ask for a plan and a backup. Before the first change, ask the assistant to review the current setup, save a copy and explain what it will change.
- Review the result, then publish. Check the layout on desktop and mobile, navigation and forms. When changing an existing website, ask it to preserve URLs, SEO titles, descriptions and visitor tracking.
What working in Codex looks like
Type what you want to do in the message field. Then follow the steps, review the changes and check the result.

What access do you need?
A copy of your files is often enough to build a page. Updating WordPress requires the appropriate WordPress or hosting access. Configuring web servers, databases and system services requires server permissions and an appropriate VPS or dedicated plan. AI can only perform actions you have given it access to.
