A: When you go over your monthly bandwidth, you may still continue using your VPS. The surcharge for 1TB of monthly bandwidth is €10.
Q: How much is the data backup service?
A: If you activate this service in your order, there is an automatic backup. The price of the service is 50% of your monthly VPS rental. You can activate the service afterwards via ticket.
Q: What does 99.9% uptime SLA mean?
A: It means that we guarantee that your server will function 99.9% of the time, unless you opt to turn it off in your control panel.
Q: How do I cancel my server?
A: Just send us a request through our contact page and we will cancel subscription right away. Server cancellation request must be done within five days before the end of the month.
P:Q: Do I still have to pay if I temporarily turn off the server?
A: Yes, you still have to pay server rental even if you turn off the server temporarily your client account; however, if you opt to cancel your account, you do not have to pay for it in the future.
